MYTHIC STORY
In a temple of smoke and silence,
there stood a mirror that could not flatter.
Many came to gaze into it —
kings with golden crowns, warriors with bloodied swords,
mystics with stars in their eyes.
But the mirror did not show glory.
It showed truth.
Some screamed.
Some wept.
A few… stayed.
And one man — trembling but unafraid —
stood firm as the flames danced across his reflection.
“Here is one who does not turn away.”
SIGIL RITE – ELO-THA
Sit before a mirror or reflective surface.
Light a flame beside or in front of it.
Trace the sigil ELO-THA onto the mirror with breath, finger, or air.
Speak aloud:
“ELO-THA — Flame of Sacred Vision
Burn through illusion.
Show me what remains
when all else is gon
BREATHWORK – Mirror Breath of Revelation (3 minutes)
Purpose: To activate clarity, calm perception, and direct vision of the self.
Pattern: Reflective Triangle Breath
- Inhale through nose (5 sec) – Gaze into your own eyes in the mirror
- Hold (5 sec) – Feel the mirror “gazing back”
- Exhale through mouth (7 sec) – Let self-judgment melt
Repeat while maintaining eye contact with your reflection.
On the final three rounds, speak silently on each exhale:
- “I see you.”
- “I forgive you.”
- “I rise with you.”
Let the breath wash away distortion.
RITUAL ACTION – Face the Flame
After breathwork, place your hand on the mirror.
Gaze into your reflection. Let all roles drop. Let your face become your flame.
Speak softly:
“I am what remains.
I am not the mask.
I am not the wound.
I am the one who returned.”
Let this be your seeing.
