And saw not a perfect man —
but a true one.
Scarred. Silent. Steady.
And the moment he stopped performing…
the crown appeared.
The King is not the man without flaws.

Light your flame. Sit in front of a mirror, or hold a reflective surface close.
Draw the sigil OR-DAM over your heart, or trace it onto the mirror.
Speak aloud:
“OR-DAM — Flame of Will
I see him now.
I do not bow to shame.

Purpose: To center in truth, calm the nervous system, and hold eye contact with self.
Pattern: Gaze & Ground
- Gaze Breath (1 min)
– Inhale through nose (5 sec), look directly into your own eyes
– Exhale through mouth (5 sec), soften gaze, relax jaw
– Repeat as presence builds - Rooted Sovereign Breath (2 min)
– Inhale deeply (6 sec), feel spine lengthen and heart open
– Exhale slowly (6 sec), speak silently:
“I see the King.”
Optional: place hand on your chest and breathe while smiling gently — not from ego, but reverence.
RITUAL ACTION – The Mirror Anointing
After breathwork, place both hands on the mirror or your own shoulders.
Speak aloud:
“I honor who I’ve become.
I honor the flame I carry.
I rise — not to rule others…
but to walk crowned in truth.”
Then close your eyes. See the crown descend — not golden, not jeweled, but earned.
