MYTHIC STORY
The man entered the chamber of flame
wearing every name he had ever been called:
Failure. Father. Broken. Provider. Liar. Leader. Son.
The fire did not care.
It burned name and scar alike.
He screamed.
But did not flee.
And when the flame receded…
there stood someone new —
not unnamed, but reborn.
The fire does not just destroy.
It reveals what cannot be burned.
SIGIL RITE – OR-DAM
Light your flame. Stand tall, barefoot if possible.
Visualize the flame rising up your spine.
Draw the sigil OR-DAM on your chest or solar plexus.
Speak aloud:
“OR-DAM — Flame of Will
I step forward without mask.
Without armor.
Without apology.
I become the fire.”
BREATHWORK – Becoming Breath (3 minutes)
Purpose: To release false identity and ignite core power.
Pattern: Wave + Strike
- Breath of Shedding (1 min)
– Inhale through nose (5 sec)
– Exhale sharply through mouth (5 sec)
– On each exhale, imagine peeling off a skin, a name, a role - Breath of Becoming (2 min)
– Inhale deeply (6 sec) — drawing flame into the body
– Hold (2 sec)
– Exhale slowly (6 sec) — letting the inner flame expand through chest, spine, and limbs
On final round, whisper aloud:
“I am not what I was.
I am the fire becoming form.”
RITUAL ACTION – The Name That Burns
Write down the identities, labels, and roles you’ve clung to — even the ones that helped you survive.
Write each as a separate word or phrase.
Now, one by one, burn, tear, or bury them.
After each one, say:
“This name is not mine.
I rise without it.”
Then stand in stillness. Empty. Flame-lit.
JOURNAL PROMPTS
- What roles or identities have I outgrown?
- What part of me am I afraid to release because it’s familiar?
- Who is emerging — when all false names are burned away?
OPTIONAL ACTIVATION – The Becoming Oath
Write a short statement beginning with:
“From this day forward, I choose to become…”
Let it come from the fire, not the mind.
Place it on your altar for the next 3 days.

Becoming is not clean.
It is not elegant.
It is the shedding of names.
The burning of masks.
The standing — naked and new — in the sacred flame.
